As defined under Sections 503A and 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), we do not compound medications for human or animal use.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute regulatory approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sisterly Strategiez Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use or misuse of products.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sisterly Strategiez Labs and its owners, affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of products, violation of these Terms, regulatory noncompliance, or administration to humans or animals.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violation may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

13. Shipping and Risk of Loss
